PRAYER NETWORK

“…that they may all be one. As you, Father, are in me and I am in you, may they also be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.” (John 17:21)

Prayer keeps us going.

Several communities of religious from across the Catholic and Orthodox Churches and around the globe have committed to keeping the work of the Foundation in their prayers as we seek to create opportunities for unity between Christians. These men and women have dedicated their lives to the work of holding the Church daily before God – and we are blessed that they are lifting us up in this special way.

They are also keeping in their prayers our Founders and benefactors. If you are a supporter of our work, they are praying for you!

A Prayer for Unity:

Heavenly Father, Your blessed Son asked that His Church be one as You and He are one,
but Christians have not been united as He prayed.
We have isolated ourselves from each other and have failed to listen to each other.
We have misunderstood and ridiculed and even gone so far as to attack each other.
In doing so we have offended against You, against all our brothers and sisters in the Church
and against all who have not believed in You because of our scandalous disunity.
Forgive us Father, and make us fully one.
Blot out our sins, renew our minds, rekindle our hearts,
and guide us by Your Holy Spirit into the oneness that is Your Will. AMEN.

“Along this path, we are sustained by the powerful intercession and example of the martyrs. May we continue to advance together on our journey toward the same Eucharistic table, and grow in love and reconciliation,” – Pope Francis
